A semi or a detached?

Count the loft, the garage and the shed in the notes — see semi and detached moves. Volume outside the bedrooms is what decides the crew.

A flat or a maisonette?

Give us the block name and the floor. Flats and maisonettes sets out what the building will need to have arranged.

Leaving the country?

Name the country in the notes. The customs file has a far longer lead time than the packing — see moving abroad.
